Description

The Yamaha YCL622 Bass Clarinet has a two piece body made from select grenadilla wood. The body is finished with a nickel silver barrel bell and keys and is suitable for professional level players. Yamaha has included an adjustable floor peg ensuring all players can find a comfortable playing position for their height. Metal inner tenon sleeves have improved the seal and tonal resonance while the redesigned toneholes present a much more stable intonation and enhanced playability. The YCL622 comes equipped with a 4C standard series mouthpiece as well as a silver-plated mouthpiece cap ligature and cork grease. A wood case is also included in this pack ensuring players can protect their instrument during travel. Please note that wooden instruments are affected by humidity and temperature and as a result the wood may expand and contract which would affect joints such as the tenons and bell rings.  If you do experience any difficulties please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
