The Vandoren V12 Eb reeds feature intricate and forward thinking design to give your clarinet the best sound possible. The V12 reeds are manufactured to be the same diameter as the cane used in alto saxophone reeds. Whilst this is slightly unusual the longer palette means more of the reed will vibrate. This results in a richer sound with more depth pushing forward slight undertones and reverberations in the clarinets chamber to give a harmonic swell of music. The slightly thicker lip and heel prevent your main tone being lost and increase the overall attack. This means each Vandoren V12 reed creates a well balanced clarinet sound that gives depth and harmony to your performance.
