The Tascam DR701D 6-Track Recorder for DSLR Cameras with HDMI is an all-in-one portable audio system designed for video production specifically for use with DSLR cameras. This flagship unit from Tascam was developed to provide exceptional audio quality whilst recording even in more extreme conditions. A timecode generator has been included for location and time reference letting you easily recall any take. It can be jam ysnced from a camera smart slate or SMPTE generator. Four mic inputs are included which can be seperately recorded and mixed to a stereo-track alloiwing for six-tracks of exceptional audio quality. You can also link together multiple units for additional tracks giving you endless possibilities when it comes to recording. The HDMI in and out lets you record both the camera and audio simultaneously.
