The Tanglewood TWT12E Tiare Concert Size Electro Ukulele is crafted with a unique all ovangkol top back and sides which has the strength of rosewood and the sweetness of koa. The TWT12Es concert size offers a fuller and deeper sound than the classic soprano. Its larger size makes it manageable for beginners as well as concert playing while the convenient cutaway offers a comfortable playing experience and access to all frets. Coupled with a unique okoume neck which is tonally similar to maple the TWT12E Ukulele delivers bright tones with good sustain. For added volume the TWT12E is equipped with a Tanglewood TEQ-TUT pickup for extra projection when playing to a large crowd.
