The Roland PDX-12 V-Pad 12 Snare Pad is a premium electronic snare pad from Roland featuring a larger size and their renowned dual ply mesh head. The high quality materials and the newly designed rubber hoop provides an authentic feel thats much the same as hitting an acoustic drum. The pad is fitted with a dual ply mesh head which is tension adjustable and offers a natural rebound resistance and stick feel. Also fitted is a low-height hoop which is similar to triple flanged hoops found on acoustic snares. Two independent sensors provide separate sounds to the head and rim ensuring that the pad provides an authentic playing experience.
