When used with the Workhorse rack you have instant access to the OmniPort input which acts as a hi-Z guitar input for the X-Amp allowing you to record dry guitar signals or distribute the signal to your amplifiers. The X-Amp buffers and unbalances your signal allowing you to feed amps up to 50 feet away without signal loss.
