With a cardioid pick-up pattern the KM 184 ensures that feedback and off-axis noise is minimal allowing users to focus on the main source of sound. A high sound pressure level of 138 dB makes the mic suitable for close miking strings wind instruments percussion and more. A very smooth frequency response with a rise at approx 9kHz delivers a fresh tonal balance for a truly outstanding audio performance.
