The Danelectro DC59 12 String features dual single-coil lipstick style pickups with a 3-way pickup selector allowing you to isolate separate pickups or combine them. The Danelectro lipstick pickups run in series resulting in a humbucker-like sound without sacrificing single-coil transparency. The DC59 has a classic shorthorn body design constructed from lightweight Masonite material which gives the guitar its trademark resonant tone. The f hole on this guitar is a welcome addition along with the stunning cherry sunburst finish both of these features contribute to the guitars unmistakable vintage vibe.
