Mapex Drums are delighted to welcome Naomi Forbes to their artist family.

Playing drums since the age of 5, drummer and multi-instrumentalist Naomi Forbes grew up playing in church alongside her musical siblings and began her performance career at 11. By her 16th Birthday she had already performed in venues like the Royal Albert Hall on multiple occasions and went on to continue her musical education at BIMM, receiving a first-class degree in Music Performance BMus (hons).

To date, Naomi’s professional career has seen her play with notable artists such as Cat Burns, Leigh-Anne, and Mette, playing several iconic venues, festivals, and UK TV shows, including The O2 Arena, Glastonbury, and The Graham Norton Show.

“I’ve been playing Mapex since the age of 12 and feel extremely blessed & grateful to now be a Mapex artist. I’m currently playing a Sulphur Fade Saturn series in 8×7/10×7/12×8/14x14ft with a 20×16 kick and Black Panther Solidus Snare which sounds amazing and the build of both the kit and hardware is top quality.”
