Digital Audio Denmark and NTP Penta has launched a new support website for all existing and potential users of their products, including DAD AX32, Penta 720, Penta 721s Series and the MOM hardware monitor controller, as well as a source of inspiration for Avid MTRX and MTRX Studio users. The website offers a Knowledge Base, Forums, and a Download Center where all software and firmware updates are gathered in a single destination.
Catalina Compatibility
In connection with the launch, an update for the DADman control software that is to be used across both brands’ hardware products is now available. The DADman v. 5.4.5 update is compatible with MacOS Catalina Catalina, Mojave, High Sierra, Sierra, El Capitan and Yosemite, as well as Windows 7, 8 and 10.
“The new support website aims at bringing several things together in one place, making it much more convenient for our users,” says Mikael Vest, Sales Director of NTP Technology. “
It makes a lot of sense, as our DAD and Penta line of products share many things on the software and firmware side, as well as expansion options including I/O cards, DSP cards and the MOM monitor controller.
I would also like to stress that we’re very happy to release the DADman v. 5.4.5, helping our users to make the transition to MacOS Catalina, which has been a frequent request.
